Don’t know yet which coverage you want or need? No problem, after your application our insurance adviser will help you choose the coverage that fits you best.
You receive a confirmation of your application instantly by email. Within a few working days we will contact you by phone to go through the application. We will also send you an order form to confirm your order. As soon as you have sent back the order form completed and signed, we will get started with your order.
First, your order is assessed by our insurance advisor. If you are approved for the insurance, he or she will call you within a few working days. This phone call lasts a few minutes and is to ensure that you have chosen the right coverage and are properly insured. After that, our engineer gives you a call to prepare for the installation and make an appointment.
The approval is an automated process and based on your company data. If you are not approved for insurance, we will unfortunately have to cancel your order. If this is the case, we will then destroy all of your information. The insurer never informs us of the reasons of rejection; this is to protect your (business) privacy.
The costs for MMOX Smart include: the service fee and insurance premiums. The breakdown of this is always stated on the order form. 21% VAT is charged on services. 21% insurance tax is levied by the government on the insurance premium.
The standard duration of MMOX Smart is 12 months and it automatically extends by 12 months after this, if not cancelled two months beforehand.
We are really sad to see you leave and we hope to hear from you what reasons brought you to this decision. You can cancel in writing or by email with a notice period of 2 months.
You receive a confirmation of your cancellation by email. This email contains the end date of the service and the insurance. Our engineer will come on site to shut down and remove the Cyber Defence Center.
The Cyber Defence Center is installed at your location and provided as lease-lend. Our engineer calls you to prepare for the installation and sets the installation date and time that suits you best. The installation can also be done in the evening or during weekends. To prepare for the installation, the engineer needs information about your ICT situation, such as: internet connection, network configuration and computer systems. Your IT administrator will usually have this information at hand.
After your order confirmation, the engineer will go through a short technical questionnaire with you. There must be a suitable (closed) room with an internet and power connection to install the Cyber Defence Center. During the installation, someone needs to be present to give the engineer access and who has log-in credentials for your internet, network and computer systems.
The installation takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Our engineer explains how everything works and only leaves after everything functions properly. If you don’t have a second or backup Internet connection to use, then you need to take into account that you can’t use internet for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. During installation it is helpful if your IT administrator is present.
Of course, this can happen and is not a problem. Let us know as soon as possible and we will schedule a new appointment.

You will have your own dashboard where you can see how your Cyber Defence Center works. You can see the current protection status, how many attacks have been blocked, from which countries these attacks are, how much network traffic there is, and so on.
