Our situation before MMOX
Before MMOX installed their box, we lacked a clear overview of the cyber security risks. Of course we heard on the news that firms have fell victim to cybercrimes, but we did not think that similar incidents could occur to us. That is the reason why we did not take any proactive measures to protect our firm. It felt like other companies would be more interesting to be targeted for an attack as we do not have valuable information.
Insights in our cyber risks sealed the deal
A year ago, we started the trial period of MMOX. At that time, we did not really know what to expect. We went in open-minded. From that moment onwards, we gained insights in the actual situation we were in. The experts of MMOX showed us the threats that were specifically targeted at us. On our personalized dashboard we could see where the threats were coming from and what they were targeting. This made us realise how serious this topic is and that every firm could be a potential target of a hacker.
Because of this insight, it became much clearer what the risks were if our firm was to be shut down by hackers. If this would happen, we would have some serious issues. Our customers tend to find us via the internet, our website and via Ebay. If a problem occurs, then we could lose some serious money.
Certainty is the greatest benefit
After the trial period, we got the option to continue the service. The insights that we have gained over the past three months, through the provided reports and personalised dashboard, have shown us what their product really does. These insights have been very valuable to us. We realised that certainty is the greatest benefit. Many threats knock on our doors unknowingly, therefore it is nice to know that we have a safeguard that identifies and protects us from harm. Besides, it is nice to know that their box protects your servers and if something does go wrong, there are always their experts to fall back on. That provides certainty.
Personal and proactive
The cooperation is very pleasant. We know MMOX and they know us. That is a great foundation for cooperation. Besides, MMOX is very alert, they continuously monitor our servers. If they notice anything suspicious, then they will notify us immediately and provide a solution. Furthermore, we are very pleased with their response time. If we have a question, they usually respond within an hour. That service you won’t find often at other service providers.
